Order protection and disputes on Larva Factory
How marketplace payments, order chat, and dispute review protect buyers — and what never to do off-platform.
Orders paid through Larva Factory stay inside marketplace checkout (Stripe / wallet). That payment trail is what support uses if something goes wrong.
Never send money directly to a partner for a marketplace order, and never share your game account password. Those requests are red flags — report them and stop.
Use Help & messages and order-linked chat to schedule, share character details, and keep a record of what was agreed.
If a partner cannot complete the service as agreed, open the order page and use dispute / support tools so the marketplace can review the case.
Keeping communication and payment on-platform is the fastest path to a fair outcome. Off-platform deals are outside Larva Factory protection.
