Larva Factory stores account, order, and support data needed to operate the marketplace. We do not store card numbers, CVV, bank credentials, or game account passwords. Payment data is handled by Stripe.
We collect information you provide (account details, order notes, support messages), information created by marketplace use (orders, chat, reviews, disputes), and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
This includes name, email, password hash, display name, and profile details you choose to add.
This includes selected services, configuration options, amounts, status, and related support or dispute records.
Card and bank details are handled by Stripe. Larva Factory stores payment references needed to match orders, refunds, and payouts, not full card numbers.
Applications, payout method settings, earnings, performance, and marketplace standing are stored to operate seller accounts.
Marketplace chat may be analyzed for fraud, security, payment diversion, and compliance. Marketplace communications may be processed using automated and manual systems to detect fraud, payment diversion, marketplace circumvention, abuse, security threats, and violations of marketplace rules. Flagged messages may be reviewed by authorized Larva Factory staff. Ordinary gameplay coordination is not the target of this review.
We may use order, payment, account, and communication signals to prevent fraud, circumvention, and abuse.
We may collect limited device, log, and usage information to operate, secure, and improve the marketplace.

We use information to operate the marketplace, process orders and payouts, provide support and disputes, prevent fraud, communicate about your account, and improve the product.
Stripe processes payments and supported payouts. Other providers may host infrastructure, email, or security tools needed to run the marketplace.
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who help operate the marketplace, when required by law, or when needed to process an order, payout, refund, or dispute.
We retain information as long as needed to operate the marketplace, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. If data is processed in other countries, it is transferred only as needed to operate the service.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through in-app Support. Some records may be retained where required for security, accounting, or legal reasons. Larva Factory is not directed to children.
