No. Larva Factory never asks for your game account password. If a partner asks for credentials, report it from the order page.
Yes. You play on your own account and join the partner. Partners do not need your password for a Larva Factory order.
Start time depends on the service, region, and partner availability. Listings show an estimated start window when that data exists.
Your order stays protected on the marketplace. Use the order page to contact support so the team can review rematch or refund options.
If a partner cannot complete the service as agreed, use the order page to contact the partner or open a dispute so the situation can be reviewed.
Keep payment and service communication inside Larva Factory. Off-platform payments are not covered. Approved refunds currently follow the marketplace refund policy.
Yes. Each listing has its own configurator. For example, WoW Mythic+ Key Runs let you pick region, Any dungeon or a specific dungeon, and other options before checkout.
Yes. Add-ons such as extra seats or similar extras are listed as product options when you configure the service.
After a completed order, the buyer who paid can leave a verified purchase review. Only completed orders qualify, and each order can be reviewed once.
Checkout is processed through Stripe. Larva Factory wallet credit can apply when you have a balance. Payment details are handled by the payment provider.
